The Crews Empire is a Christ Centered Nail Salon that is set to become more than just a Nail Salon. But for now, come get your nails done in an intimate setting located in a quiet suite. Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and we ask that if you need to cancel that you do so at least 48hrs in advance. If you fail to do so, you forfeit your deposit and a cancellation fee of 100 % of your service will be charged.
*Note that deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you have to change your appointment, your deposit will transfer only ONCE and only within the same week. If you have to cancel and change outside the current week you will have to rebook with a new deposit. And deposits are non transferable to another service, if book for and mani and pedi and decide to cancel the pedi, that deposit for the pedi is forfeited. Be sure that’s the service you want before booking.
*Note that if you are more than 10mins late to your appointment your appointment could be cancelled and your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is made to reschedule.
*If you do not like your nails, you MUST inform me during your service because once you leave your appointment, all services are FINAL.
